PerformanceLabsUK Ltd dispatches all orders from within the United Kingdom. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before [CLIENT TO CONFIRM cut-off time] on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.
Orders are sent via [CLIENT TO CONFIRM courier, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24] with tracking provided by email once dispatched.
All Products are dispatched in tamper-evident packaging, with temperature-appropriate handling where required to preserve compound integrity.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier are outside our control.
