Research Reference Material

PerformanceLabsUK supplies third party tested research reference peptides and compounds for laboratory investigation into metabolic biology, cellular recovery research, cognitive research, and longevity science.

KLOW

£79.99

KLOW is a multi-peptide research reference blend combining four compounds: BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157), TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 analogue), GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide), and KPV (alpha-MSH tripeptide fragment). Each constituent has its own established research literature; together they span published research fields including regenerative biology, cellular repair mechanisms, anti-inflammatory signalling, and longevity-associated pathways. Supplied for in vitro laboratory and scientific research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Also available in a research set: The Verified Three (Retatrutide, KLOW + MOTS-c). See all research sets.

PLUK Verification Guarantee

Every vial ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis from Janoshik, a third party laboratory, verifiable by task number. If any product fails to match its published certificate, we refund or replace it. That is the whole condition: the certificate, nothing else.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. How to verify a certificate and how the guarantee works.

  • Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Identity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, purity, and a heavy metals panel covering arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. How to read one.
  • Reconstitution figures before you order. Work out concentration and withdrawal volume for any vial size and diluent volume with the reconstitution calculator.
  • Supplied for in vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. What that means.

KLOW | BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu & KPV Research Blend | Research Reference Grade

KLOW combines four extensively studied peptides. Specifically, these include BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV. PerformanceLabsUK, in turn, supplies this blend strictly as a research reference material for in vitro laboratory investigation. Therefore, researchers must not use KLOW for human or veterinary purposes.

Areas of Research Interest

  • BPC-157: a synthetic pentadecapeptide fragment derived from a gastric protective protein. In particular, researchers study it in vitro and in preclinical models in relation to angiogenesis pathways and gastrointestinal mucosal cell models.
  • TB-500: a synthetic peptide fragment of thymosin beta-4. Scientists examine it in vitro for G-actin sequestration via its actin-binding domain. Additionally, studies explore its influence on cell migration assays and extracellular matrix components.
  • GHK-Cu: a copper-binding tripeptide. For instance, investigators study it in vitro for its interaction with collagen and elastin gene expression. In particular, studies focus on dermal fibroblast and hair follicle cell culture models.
  • KPV: a tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). Furthermore, researchers explore it in preclinical models for NF-kB pathway modulation and intestinal epithelial cell studies.
  • For example, this SKU combines the four peptides above into a single research reference material. Notably, no independent data specific to this four-peptide combination exists, and each compound is supplied strictly for separate in vitro laboratory investigation.

Primary Research Areas: Angiogenesis | Actin-Binding Proteins | Collagen & Elastin Gene Expression | NF-kB Signalling | Cell Migration Assays

Certificate of Analysis & Related Research

PerformanceLabsUK has every KLOW batch tested by a third-party laboratory. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request and will be published in our COA Library. Additionally, researchers investigating the individual component peptides may also wish to review our GHK-Cu and KPV research peptide listings. For structural and chemical reference data, see the independent PubChem search results.

KLOW vs GLOW

GLOW is a three-peptide blend of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. KLOW contains the same three peptides plus KPV, giving researchers a single vial that covers all four compounds. If you only need the first two, see our BPC-157 + TB-500 blend; GHK-Cu is also available on its own as GHK-Cu.

Storage and reconstitution

Store the lyophilised blend at -20°C for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C for short-term storage, away from light and moisture. In the laboratory it is typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; our peptide reconstitution calculator works out the volume needed for a target concentration. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Batch documentation

Batch documentation is available on request, and published certificates of analysis are listed in our COA Library.
